How a Custom Order Works, Step by Step
- Send the brief. A sketch, a reference photo or your own CAD file, plus metal, size and diamond preferences. Your dedicated account manager takes it from there.
- CAD in about 24 hours. We send the CAD for your review. CAD is $30 per ring and $50 per piece for other jewelry. See our jewelry CAD design service.
- Approve the CAD. Check proportions, diamond sizes and setting details before anything is made. Our CAD approval checklist covers what to look for.
- Casting, setting and finishing. Production runs in-house in New York and India. Details on casting, setting and finishing.
- Finished in 4–6 working days. Ships the same day from New York on orders before 6 PM ET, to you or straight to your customer. International delivery takes 3–4 business days.
What We Make to Order
Engagement rings and bridal sets, wedding bands, tennis bracelets and necklaces, stud earrings, pendants and name or initial pieces. Tennis bracelets and necklaces run from 2 to 30 carats total weight in all shapes; stud earrings in all shapes up to 10 carats total weight. A custom piece is priced as CAD + metal and casting + diamonds + setting and finishing. CAD is a flat $30 per ring or $50 per other piece.
