Say yes to every custom request.
Custom diamond jewelry for jewelers — your outsourced custom studio. We own the certified stones, the CAD, the casting, the setting, and the finishing. You keep the client and the margin. Finished in 4–6 working days from approved CAD.
The highest-margin work on your counter is the hardest to staff.
Custom is where AOV is highest and price sensitivity is lowest — and it's exactly the work a standard case can't fill. Vintage and antique-inspired styles have surged from 2024 to 2026: Old Mine and Old European cuts, bezels, toi-et-moi, fancy shapes, colored centers. These are the requests that walk in and walk back out, because building them in-house means a bench jeweler on salary, a CAD operator with licensed software, casting and finishing equipment, deep slow-turning stone inventory, and hard-to-source matched melee — plus eating the loss on a botched setting.
There's another way to run it: treat custom as sourcing and fulfillment, not manufacturing. Hand the capital-intensive back end to Guru Diam and convert every fixed cost into a variable, per-piece cost you only pay after the sale.
Any metal. Any cut. All under one roof.
One house for the center stone, the matched accents, and the finished piece — so nothing about a custom job has to leave the building.

One design, sketch to finished.
The same piece moves from a client's sketch to an approved CAD render to a set, polished result — under one roof, with nothing lost handing off between vendors.

Sketch to hand, sequenced — not queued.
The clock starts at CAD sign-off, because the stones are already in inventory.
Everyone else, then there's Guru Diam.
The same custom order, two very different experiences. Here is what changes the moment it all happens under one roof.
We run the back room. You keep the counter.
No Bench
We are the bench. No jeweler to hire, no equipment to buy, no setting inventory to carry.
No MOQ
One finished piece against one client's spec, paid per-piece after the sale.
No Risk
Guru Diam absorbs production and rework risk; you say yes with nothing exposed.

Live Order Portal
Log in and watch each order move CAD → cast → set → finish in real time.

24-Hour CAD Approval
A dimensioned 3D render within 24 hours; you and your client request changes and we turn them in a few hours. Nothing is cast until it's approved.

WhatsApp + Trade Desk
Real-time updates over WhatsApp and a named account rep handling the job.
Accents that agree with the center — not parts that look assembled.
The center stone, the matched pairs, and the calibrated melee all come from one house, held to trade tolerance. Single-supplier integration is what prevents the color and size mismatches that wreck multi-vendor custom.
Questions from the trade.
Can I offer custom without a bench jeweler?
Yes. We are the bench. You stay the storefront — Guru Diam runs the capital-intensive back end (certified stones, CAD, casting, stone-setting, finishing) and absorbs the production and rework risk. No jeweler to hire, no casting equipment to buy, no setting inventory to carry.
Is there a minimum order?
No MOQ. Order a single finished piece against a single client's spec, and pay the per-piece cost only after you've already made the sale. The fixed cost of an in-house bench becomes a variable, per-piece cost.
How fast is it?
The CAD render is delivered within 24 hours, and any changes are turned around in a few hours — then it's 4–6 working days from approved CAD to a finished, set, and polished piece, versus the 15–20+ days typical when work routes through separate sourcing, CAD, casting, and setting vendors. Two things decide 4 vs 6: stone availability (if the center and side stones are already in inventory, the clock starts at CAD, not sourcing) and design complexity (a clean solitaire finishes at the 4-day end; a halo, full eternity, or matched fancy-shape build pushes to 6). The clock is always tied to CAD sign-off.
How do I know the side stones will match the center?
Because they're cut and pulled from the same house, held to trade tolerance: calibrated melee within ±0.05–0.10 mm, matched pairs within ±0.1–0.2 mm in size and roughly one color grade, with cut and symmetry mirror-matched. Sourcing the center, the pairs, and the melee under one roof is what prevents the mismatches that wreck multi-vendor custom.
Do I need to be verified trade?
Yes. Guru Diam is a B2B wholesale supplier and custom manufacturer for the trade only — verified jewelers, retailers, designers, and manufacturers. Request a wholesale account to get started.
What can you build?
Engagement rings and solitaires, three-stone and halo rings, eternity and wedding bands, tennis bracelets and necklaces, stud earrings and matched pairs, and fancy-color and antique-cut feature pieces. Any metal, any cut. If they can sketch it, we can build it.
Is custom priced upfront?
Every custom piece is quoted to spec. Send us the design intent, metal, and finger size, and the Custom Desk will return a quote.
Send us the spec. We'll build the rest.
