Is there a minimum order value?
No. There is no minimum order requirement. You can order a single stone or a hundred — pricing stays the same. We believe in earning your repeat business through service and value, not contractual minimums.
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes. After your first few orders and an established payment history, we offer Net-30 credit terms to qualifying trade partners. Your account manager will discuss credit options during your onboarding call. Initial orders are prepaid via bank transfer or Zelle.
Can I visit your NYC or LA showroom?
Absolutely. Our NYC showroom is at 36 W 47th Street, Suite 601A in the Diamond District, and our LA location is at 607 S Hill Street, Suite 241. Showroom visits are by appointment — contact your account manager or call us to schedule.
How is my account manager assigned?
Account managers are assigned based on your business type, location, and buying patterns to ensure the best possible fit. Every manager has deep expertise in lab-grown diamonds and direct WhatsApp access.
Can I request stones not currently in inventory?
Yes. If you need a specific size, shape, color, or clarity combination that isn't currently in our 11,000+ stone inventory, your account manager can source it from our manufacturing network. Typical turnaround is 4-6 business days.
