Melee diamond price per carat
How melee is priced
Natural melee diamonds are priced per carat by sieve size and quality tier, not one diamond at a time. Each band on the price list covers a sieve-plate range, so the per-carat price is the same whether you order 20 pieces or 2,000.
Smaller sizes carry more diamonds per carat, which is why a 1 mm micro-pavé parcel and a 2.4 mm eternity parcel can cost a similar amount per carat but very different amounts per diamond. Switch the list to $ per diamond to compare.

Guru Diam sells natural melee diamonds wholesale from 36 W 47th St in New York's Diamond District and from Los Angeles, with a public price per carat for every sieve size from 0.80 to 5.20 mm. Use the sieve size chart to see each band at true relative size, then size a parcel in pieces or carats.
Are these diamonds certified?
Melee ships as parcel goods, sieve-graded by size and color/clarity band rather than diamond by diamond — that is the trade standard at this size, and it is what keeps the per-carat price where it is. Parcel-level documentation is available on request. Loose natural diamonds from 0.30 ct up ship with IGI or GIA reports.
Natural or lab-grown?
Everything on this list is natural. We also stock CVD lab-grown melee, including fancy color, on a separate list: see lab-grown melee.
How exact is the piece count?
Treat it as a working estimate. Parcels are sold and invoiced by weight, and diamonds per carat shift with cut proportions inside the same sieve band. Order 3–5% over what the design calls for; setters break diamonds, and matching a band later costs more than buying it now.
Can I get a matched parcel?
Yes. Tell us the design and we'll pull for consistency of size and color across the parcel rather than just the band average — matched melee to ±0.05–0.10 mm, the same service we run for calibrated layouts and matched pairs.
How fast can I get it?

Do you offer memo terms?

No. Guru Diam is a business-to-business supplier to jewelers, retailers, designers and manufacturers. Pricing, stock lists and the ordering portal are released once business credentials are confirmed. There is no minimum order.
